v1.13.0-beta focussed on better vehicle control, with some bug fixes:

Increased racer tyre friction to improve control
Reduced engine power
Reduced steering sensitivity at high speeds
Disabled graphics settings from menu when game is active.
Applied graphics settings menu to FPS, and increased FPS for hi graphics setting.
Turned off shadows from lights under racer.
